As an owner of a property in the Costa del Sol you could not have made a better purchase. However, there is always something that needs attention and taking care of while you are not here. That's why you should choose D&B Real Estate's Property Management Contract. It includes the following:

Weekly visits to your property. We maintain the property so it is a good state of cleanliness and repair, ensuring it is prepared for occupation at all times. See below for a list of things that are included.

Check that alarm, gas, water and electricity are all working,
Flush the toilets and rinse sinks, together with proper airing of your property to avoid odours,
Laundry and cleaning service,
Renting of property if desired,
Payment of community fees, electricity, telephone, local taxes, etc.

Prices

Apartments: 750 € per year.
Houses: 1000 € per year (subject to location and size).

Additional Services:

Cleaning: 12 € per hour,
Laundry: Cost plus 10 € collection and delivery charge,
Handyman: Cost plus 15 € per hour,
Shopping Service: Cost plus 12 € service charge.
